Main Tasks #2

* The administration may change these rules at any time or cancel them.
* In case the player has been violating twice and his account was closed twice and unlocked with fine payment, the third time will not be accepting the fine.
* The administration has the right to close the account of the player violating any rule without accepting any fine from the player, in this case the player's account will be closed forever.

1- Player responsibilities toward other player:

A- Any insults or slander from player to another is considered a violation of the game rules. This means that the violator will be punished for a period of 4 days ban at the first time, then a 14 days ban if the case is repeated, and then a permanent ban on the fourth case.

B- Administration is not responsible for any theft, stealing or scamming within shared accounts. By sharing accounts we mean friends or any kind of relationships/family will not be taken into account and the administration will consider the player has handed over his/her account voluntarily and will never take action to solve this issue because it is violation of the rules.

C- Administration is not responsible for any theft, stolen or scammed that occur with the free will of a player ( as an example processing trade and the other thief/scammer took the thing somehow without paying the price AND it wasn’t a bug, it will not be considered an issue, we will consider that you have given the item/thing on your own free will.

D- Activation of PK mode inside the dungeon is completely forbidden. In case you activate PK mode inside any dungeon under any circumstances and a player filled a complaint against you with a proof, your account will be banned for 4 days for the first time and then ban for 7 days for the second time then ban 14 days for the third time and finally a permanent ban for the fourth time.

E- The PK inside the dungeon is strictly forbidden and the violator receives a ban, with exception of Remains of the Ancients (RoA) is allowed.

2- Player responsibilities toward members of the administration:

A- Any insults or offensive language in any language ( according to the administration ) against any member of the staff is considered violating of the entire staff team and the player will be punished for the first time with a 7 days ban the second time ban for 15 days and for the third time will be permanent ban.

B- Player must not ask for anything from GMs or staff ( as example request gold, buffs, or gear ) in this case the GM/Staff allowed to ignore the player completely without respond.

C- In case of detecting a bug or any software error either inside the server or the website, player must report the issue through the ticket system within the site, otherwise the GMs is allowed to completely ignore the player in game.

D- GMs will never ask for a player password, GMs/staff within the game is not the person who sets the rules. These rules above everyone and can not be changed from any party, the final decision is based on these rules only. Staff decision within the game is not considered a rule.

E- In the event that any player impersonate/identity theft of a GM page at any place, the player shall be held accountable as deemed appropriate by the administration.

3- Player responsibilities within social media sites:

A- Players shall not post or share anything that insults a member of the staff. Likewise, staff members shall not post or share anything that insults a player. The staff will judge in the appropriate ways. The staff has the power to ban any player temporarily or permanently.


B- Player shall not send issues of the accounts, passwords, bugs or personal problems via direct messages to any member of the staff or the server page, but player can send through the system of technical support tickets. Otherwise administration is entitled to ignore the player completely.

C- Any irrelevant rumors posts/comments in a way that does not represent server reality belong to a player within the social networking sites, immediate action is taken to punish the player according to what the administration see fits.

D- If the player used unlimited-games forum Revolution server section, the player must read unlimited-games forum rules because that section belong to unlimited-games forum therefore the forum rules applied first then the rules of the server. We are not responsible for any ban that the player receives against his/her violation of the rules of the forum. Because the administration of the forum is different from the server administration.

E- It is strictly forbidden to discuss theft or other issues through discord. As well as question of another player problems or interfering with another player issue and in the case of continuing and ignore this rule. The player is banned from discord.


4- Player responsibilities within technical support section:

A- If a player sent any insults or slurs through the technical support tickets, the technical support shall have the rights to punish the player as they see appropriate whether it is temporarily or permanent ban

B- If the ticket wasn’t clear/ not understandable or the purpose of the ticket was joke, offensive or non serious reason, the staff has the right to close the ticket and not respond. If the case was repeated more than three times the administration have the right to disable the ticketing feature from the account.

C- The account holder must send his/her own tickets from within his/her account. We will not take any ticket sent from another account to solve the issue in another account, administration have the right to close the ticket without respond as they see appropriate.

D- in case being scammed or hacked inside the server, you must contact technical support as soon as possible and provide the name of the character and any information that is related to the incident also list precisely the stolen items, level and enchantment, the day and date it was stolen or the closest day to the incident. If 7 days have passed after any incident under any circumstances we will not return anything to the player. Noting Items will be returned with the same awakened stats if a fine is payed 100P or unidentified for free.

5- Usage, privacy, payment and distribution policies:

A- If a player sold items, gear, accessories, revo points or anything by accident to the NPC or the player dropped it from his/her bag/inventory and another player picked it up, the administration is not responsible for returning these items and will not take any action.

B- If Revo points were purchased via PayPal you might not receive points immediately after payment, it may be PayPal payment has been suspended you need to wait for the approval process to be completed by PayPal so the points will be received automatically,

C- If Revo points were purchased via PayPal and submitting complaint to PayPal your account will be permanently closed until the complaint is lifted from your account. If the complaint wasn’t lifted your account will be permanent closed.

D- If Revo points were purchased via OneCard, CashU you need to submit the numbers of point cards and wait for a response within 5 hours by the administration staff.

E- All Revo points purchase operations cannot be returned. Which means that after you recharge your account you cannot request a refund in any way.

6- Policy for the use of game environment:

A- If Player or a group of players used a bug in the server without reporting it, all the accounts of those who used the bug will be permanently banned.

B- If a Player reported a bug within the game, he/she will be rewarded, if player uses any items obtained by bug these items will be removed from every player in the server ( only the ones obtained by the bug ).

C- If a player detected a bug in the game and reports it, we will reward the player according how serious is the bug discovered.

D- If a player hacked another player account within the game or the site, his/her account will be permanently banned.

E- Promotion of incorrect rumors about a bug or other things as the administration decides result in a 4-day ban and 42-hours chat restriction or a permanent ban.

7- Website obligations:

A- If a player forgot his/her account password he/she must have access to the E-mail or phone number else will be determined by the technical support staff via ticket system.

B- If a player discovered a bug in the site and reports it the player will be rewarded according how seriousness of the bug.

8- Fines:

A- Closed accounts can be unlocked according to the rule ( 1- Player responsibilities toward other player. ) at 400 Revo points.

B- Closed accounts can be unlocked according to the rule ( 2- Player responsibilities toward members of the administration. ) at 600 Revo points.

C- Closed accounts can be unlocked according to the rule ( 3, 4 and 7 ) at 800 Revo points.

D- Closed accounts can be unlocked according to the rule ( 5, 6 ) decision is made according to the administration between 800-3000 Revo points.

9. Trades:

A- The exchange of any items or gold or points or anything else with something outside the server (with another server or official) leads to permanent ban of both parties. In case the player wants to exchange goods with another server or money or the sale of the account, he/she must pay the tax as follows:

1- In case of sale of account the tax shall be 2000 Revo points.

2- In case of sale of gold ingot or exchanges exceeding the value of 2000 Revo points, one of the parties must pay a tax of 1000 Revo points, which is half for the rest of the transactions in gold or ingot.

3- In case the player sells emblem or any item that is not gold and the value of the market in the Server 2000 Revo points as an example, one of the parties must pay 1000 Revo points.

 

How can I pay the tax?


You send ticket to the administration via the on-site ticketing system and place your ticket name (trade)
Then you mention all the details of the things to be sold out of the server and you mention the name of the other party
You mention the name of the account for which you want to deduct tax from. The tax must be deducted before selling or buying and before transferring any item to the other party.
Noting the administration is not responsible in any way for any disagreement that may occur between a party or being scammed by the other party. The administration is responsible to deduct the tax only.
* Any violation of one of these points and the sale without the payment of tax will result in the banning of both parties.
* The tax amount must be available within the player's account in the form of Revo points within the store until the tax department deducted the tax.
* You must make a ticket in the name of (trading) and you must remind the administration that you wish to sell this item or account before announcing the sale.
* If the administration saw or received report that someone is advertised a sale without making a ticket and informed the administration of the advertisement, the account closed.
* In case you are a player and wanted to buy a goods with money outside the server and the item was an account or an item within the serve. You must send us through the ticket system of the authenticity of the seller and he/she has written to us and took permission and paid the tax before starting the trading process.
* In case you didn’t know or the seller lie to you that he/she has written to us and asked permission and got it. Your account and the seller account will be closed without any refunds or the closure is permanent.
